Split Second was a US. game show that was created by Monty Hall and Stefan Hatos. The show was produced by their production company, Stefan Hatos - Monty Hall Productions. There were two editions of Split Second, the first was a daytime series produced for ABC that premiered on March 20, 1972, and ran until June 27, 1975. The second version was produced for syndication in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, at CHCH TV's studios; this series premiered December 15, 1986, and was a co-production of Hatos - Hall and aired until the end of the 1986–87 season with reruns airing until September 11, 1987. The Krypton Factor was a British game show which was produced by Granada Television for broadcast on ITV. The show originally ran from 7 September 1977 to 20 November 1995, the series was hosted by Gordon Burns, and was usually broadcast on the ITV network on Monday evenings at 7.00 pm. Card Sharks is a game show with contestants trying to guess the outcome of survey questions on order to gain control of the over-sized cards in order to predict if the next card will be higher or lower in value. The goal is to complete a row of cards before your opponent. The winner of the main game goes on to play the Money Cards bonus game. Card Sharks began in 1978 with Jim Perry as the host. Tic-Tac-Dough game show is based on the game of tic-tac-toe. Contestants answer questions in various categories to put up their respective symbols, an X or an O, on the tic tac dough board.. Three versions were produced: the initial 1956–59 run on NBC, a 1978–86 run initially on CBS and then in syndication, and a syndicated run in 1990. The show was produced by Jack Barry & Dan Enright Productions. Jack Barry, the co-producer, was the original host of the 1950s version, followed by Gene Rayburn and then Bill Wendell, with Jay Jackson and Win Elliot hosting prime time adaptations as well. Wink Martindale hosted the network and syndicated version beginning in 1978, but left the program to host and co-produce Headline Chasers and was replaced by Jim Caldwell who hosted during the 1985–86 season.
